Christian Nicola Thomas, who is listed as homeless, is accused of walking around a woman’s apartment, peeping through windows, following the victim to her vehicle and performing a sex act behind her car on Sept. 23 at 2:56 p.m. at the Park at Vinings apartments, 3000 Spring Hill Parkway in Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Thomas is charged with loiter prowl; peeping tom; simple assault fear; and public indecency. He was arrested on Sept. 23 at 3:50 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
