Bickervens Blanc, 24, of Marietta, is accused of performing a sex act in the women’s restroom at Tramore Park in Austell on Sept. 27 at 2:45 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
When a woman brought two girls into the park restroom, she smelled a strong body odor.
