Derrick Groves, 28, smirked and blew a kiss at the camera after police captured him in the crawl space of an Atlanta home on Wednesday.
On May 16, Groves and nine other fugitives broke out of the Orleans Parish Justice Center in the middle of the night by pulling a toilet off a wall and climbing through the hole behind it.
