‘Chronic killer’: Atlanta man shares his reality of living with kidney disease

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Chronic kidney disease is growing at an alarming rate, and often, people have no idea they’re living with it. For that reason, it’s dubbed “the chronic killer.”

Recent data from the American Kidney Fund shows that the disease affects 14% of American adults, and people of color are at higher risk.
