ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Four children allegedly kidnapped by their mother have been found safe and returned to DFACS custody, according to South Fulton police.
Police said Vanessa Carr was at Welcome Park for a supervised visit around 11:15 a.m. Saturday, “when she fled with her children in an unknown vehicle.”
Carr and her children were found at a Greyhound bus station, police said. Carr was arrested and her children were returned to DFCAS custody.
