ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Five separate shootings across Atlanta over the weekend have left one man dead and multiple people injured, with police working multiple investigations.
In the most recent shooting, two men are hospitalized, with one fighting for his life after a double shooting at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex.
Double shooting stems from gun dispute
Atlanta police cordoned off the 33Ninety Apartments on Fairburn Road for several hours as they investigated the double shooting. Police said two men in their 20s were shot, with one critically hurt.
Police said a fight over a stolen gun led up to the shooting just before midnight inside the apartment complex.
