STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — A Stone Mountain man is under arrest for shooting his cousin, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened on the night of Nov. 3 after officers from DeKalb County responded to reports of someone shot at the 900 block of N. Hariston Road.
