Kason Michael Fox, 18, of Kennesaw, is accused of violently shoving a deputy into a steel door, causing her to strike the left side of her face and head on the door, on Oct. 31 at 5 p.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.
Fox also swung his left arm and struck the deputy on the right arm while shoving her and clawed the back of another deputy’s neck and head area, causing minor abrasions and scratches to that deputy’s neck. Fox did not comply with numerous commands during the altercation and resisted the two deputies, who were later transported to Kennestone Hospital for medical treatment, according to the warrant.
Fox is charged with two counts of battery – simple battery – police; unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution; and two counts of obstruction felony. Fox was arrested on Nov. 2 at 1:35 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
