Scott Tate, 26, of Marietta, is accused of performing a sex act in two locations at Fair Oaks Park, 1465 Booth Road, Marietta, that was observed by a witness on Nov. 21 at 1:45 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Tate is charged with public indecency. He was arrested on Nov. 21 at 2 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
