ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Georgians can now apply for a state program to help keep their homes warm this winter.
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) appointments are now available for those 65 years old and over, as well as people who are medically homebound. Other eligible Georgia residents can schedule an appointment starting on Jan. 2, 2026.
