A Smyrna man is in custody following an incident that left a man stabbed and several tires at a Smyrna car dealership slashed.
Oscar Danilo Martinez, 36, is accused of stabbing a man during an attempted robbery near the Steve Rayman Chevrolet auto dealership along Cobb Parkway, in Smyrna. After the robbery, Smyrna Police say Martinez then walked into the dealership and stabbed two tires.
