A DeKalb County woman will spend the rest of her life in jail for killing her 4-year-old son because he wouldn’t use the toilet.
According to prosecutors, officers with the DeKalb County Police Department responded to a report of a child who was not breathing at an apartment on March 6, 2022.
Arriving at the apartment on Tregoney Drive, the officers found 4-year-old Anthony Vice lying on the floor of the living room. While rendering aid, medics noticed that there was “new and old bruising over the child’s entire body,” officials said.
