Yadira Cruz, 25, of Marietta, is accused of sending several harassing and threatening deliveries, packages, mail, emails, text messages and calls from an unknown source between June 22, 2023, to Dec. 1, 2025, to two Marietta victims, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
An investigation revealed many of the deliveries and messages were linked to Cruz. Some of the deliveries received by the victims included photos of them Photoshopped with guns pointed to their heads. Some of the photos detailed dates on when the victims would be killed, according to the warrant.
Cruz is charged with two counts of stalking – misdemeanor; two counts of harassing communications; and two counts of terroristic threats. She was arrested on Dec. 2 at 5:10 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
