Andre Deshawn Allen, 25, of Hampton, is accused of bringing in multiple boxes of unopened trading cards and selling them to Cards HQ, 3101 Cobb Parkway in Atlanta, on Oct. 29 at 3:38 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The cards were shoplifted by Allen from another trading card business in the city limits of Alpharetta at an earlier date. Allen sold the cards for $7,430, according to the warrant.
Allen is charged with theft by deception – greater than $1,500. He was arrested on Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
