A FURIOUS resident has blasted her HOA for forcing tenants to help bankroll a massive neighborhood-wide repair, despite the issue not being their fault.
The board said it was upping already-steep fees to bankroll an estimated $200,000 bill after uncovering an underground pipe problem.
Tenants living in the Abbey Road Condominiums community in Decatur, Georgia, outside Atlanta, say that massive sinkholes are popping up across their neighborhood.
