Austell Postal Worker Arrested for Allegedly Stealing AT&T Rewards Cards from Mail

AUSTELL, Ga. – A U.S. Postal Service employee has been arrested and charged after investigators say she stole AT&T rewards cards from the mail and used them at multiple businesses across the metro area.

According to the Austell Police Department, Adrienne Braziel, 31, of Villa Rica, is charged with two counts of financial transaction card fraud. Braziel was assigned as a city carrier to postal routes serving Austell and worked out of the South Atlanta Sorting and Delivery Center located at 1800 James Jackson Parkway NW in Atlanta.

Police say the thefts occurred between September 10, 2025, and December 14, 2025. Customers began reporting missing AT&T rewards cards that appeared as “delivered” in USPS mail dashboards but were never received…
