ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are requesting the public’s help in searching for a missing man.
Randolph Harper, 69, has been reported missing by family members. He was last seen on Dec. 19 walking near the 1100 block of Osborne St SW, possibly heading into the East Point area.
He is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 195 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black sweater, and an Army khaki jacket with a black hat…
