ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Beginning Thursday, Georgia motorists will have the opportunity to purchase new “America First” license plates.
That provision is one of a host of new Georgia laws that take effect on Jan. 1, 2026.
The new specialty vehicle license plates display an image of the American flag with the words “America First.” The plate will cost $90 the first year and $55 to renew, compared to $20 yearly for a standard license plate.
