ATLANTA — The driver who police say is responsible for barreling down a crowded sidewalk full of patrons in Little Five Points on Saturday night and crashing into buildings has been arrested and charged.
According to an accident report released by Atlanta Police Department, Attaya Green was arrested and charged with reckless driving, hit and run/failure to render aid, failure to report accident, no driver’s license, and two counts of failure to carry/exhibit.
The video was captured by Megan Chey, a patron having drinks at the Euclid Avenue Yacht Club, which showed a black 2018 Chevy Impala driving on the sidewalk crashing into nearby buildings and close to the restaurant with damage to her car.
