Police arrested three people in connection to a shooting that left a three-year-old injured near a McDonald’s on North Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road in DeKalb County on Sunday evening.
DeKalb police say there were some people arguing nearby when someone started shooting. A three-year-old child was in his car seat riding with his father when he was struck by a stray bullet.
He was rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition…
