COBB COUNTY, Ga. — 11Alive News Investigates has obtained dash camera video from a Cobb County police chase that is now at the center of a $15 million lawsuit, filed by a woman who says she was nearly killed as an innocent passenger.
The lawsuit was filed by Terri Ball, who says she suffered life-altering injuries after a Cobb County police officer used a PIT maneuver to end a pursuit. Ball says she had no idea the driver was wanted by police.
