Sterling Nelson, 20, of Marietta is accused of child molestation on multiple dates at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Nelson is accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl on Jan. 1, 2025; on Feb. 18, 2025; and May 8, 2025, according to the warrant.
Nelson is charged with three counts of aggravated child molestation among other charges. He was arrested on Dec. 22 at 11:30 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
