LAKE PROVIDENCE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The East Carroll Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Carlton Keyon Osborn. Carlton is described as a Black male who stands at five feet and 9 inches and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
According to authorities, he was last seen on or before December 23, 2025. He is believed to be in the Atlanta, Georgia, area and drives a blue 2014 Toyota Camry.
