Police in Gwinnett County arrested a man for disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance at the Social Security office in Norcross.
Police responded to the office on Shackleford Road on Jan.14 and spoke to multiple witnesses who provided a video of the incident. According to officials, 65-year-old Robert Burke was identified by employees and seen in the video making threats and verbally insulting several individuals. Employees reported that Burke had previously caused similar disturbances at the location.
