ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A former Douglas County judge is seeking millions from the City of Atlanta following her arrest during a 2024 incident at a Buckhead nightclub.
Christina Peterson has filed a federal lawsuit, seeking $50 million from the city.
The lawsuit claims that as a “direct and proximate result” of the city’s actions, Peterson “suffered physical injury, emotional distress, humiliation, loss of liberty, reputational harm, professional damage and ongoing economic and non-economic losses.”…
