South Fulton police chief retires amid lawsuits, internal investigation

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — After being placed on leave amid an internal investigation last year, South Fulton’s police chief is retiring, the city said on Friday.

The city council approved Chief Keith Meadows’ retirement package this week. The police department is now searching the nation for a replacement.
