Christopher Wilson, 39, of Acworth, is accused of smashing a woman’s windshield on Jan. 8 at 6:27 p.m. at the Jimmy Mac’s Marietta restaurant, 3205 Canton Road, Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Wilson was given a ride to the location by the victim. When she refused to drive him any further, Wilson used his bag of mechanic tools to smash her windshield. The victim believed the damage would be around $520, according to the warrant.
Wilson is charged with criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested on Jan. 11 at 8:22 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
