Dean Horace Griffiths, 45, of Marietta, is accused of molesting a three-year-old on Dec. 27, 2025, at 8 a.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
The girl had to go to a forensic medical exam and speak with a counselor, according to the warrant.
Griffiths is charged with aggravated child molestation; and cruelty to children – first degree. He was arrested on Jan. 12 at 1:12 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
