ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for 16 year-old Lequan Stephens, who authorities said was involved in a shooting Saturday night in Lovejoy.
Atlanta News First spoke with the teenager’s family, who described Stephens as caring, loving and kind. They also said he’s been through several unfortunate events in recent years.
