ATLANTA — The FBI said the CEO of a local financial group orchestrated possibly the largest Ponzi scheme in Georgia history. Drive Planning LLC CEO, 54-year-old Todd Burkhalter of St. Petersburg, Fl, pleaded guilty to wire fraud on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a federal indictment, Burkhalter defrauded 2,000 investors out of $380 million.
