A Georgia resident, April Allen, wants answers and a refund from a Kennesaw car dealership. She claims that her auto loan was increased by $4,000 without authorization.
She purchased an Infiniti SUV from Autonomous in October. Later, she discovered her loan includes thousands in additional charges that she never approved.
The trouble started days after her purchase was made. The SUV suddenly stopped working and had to be towed. Now it’s sitting in front of her home. It won’t start, and she can’t move it. She can’t afford the $9,000 repair costs…
