Georgia reps introduce bills to stop HOA foreclosures, allow homeowners to dissolve an HOA

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Three Georgia state representatives have introduced legislation to take foreclosure power away from homeowners associations and give homeowners the power to dissolve their HOA.

State Reps. Sandra Scott of Rex; Viola Davis of Stone Mountain; and Kim Schofield of Atlanta introduced the two bills Tuesday. They are now in committees.
