CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police in Riverdale say they apprehended a fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshals, according to a Facebook post from the department.
On Jan. 26, the Riverdale Police Department says that during a traffic stop, Quentin Parks provided officers with another person’s I.D.
