Aspen Easterling, a 19-year-old living in Georgia, learned a hard lesson after her followers disliked how she treated her dog, and they called the police. Easterling, who posts as Aspen Kartier on social media, is now facing a huge public backlash and animal cruelty charges.
The Brookdale Police Department reported receiving “numerous complaints” regarding Easterling’s social media post on January 30, 2026. Callers expressed deep concern about how she allegedly treated her 3-month-old Maltipoo puppy while streaming on Twitch. The video began circulating on platforms such as TikTok. We can’t lie; it’s truly disturbing. Easterling appears to beat the tiny puppy as it cries and wails. The apparent abuse occurs out of the camera’s view, but the puppy’s sounds are loud and clear.
