Daniel Kirkland McCall, 69, of Atlanta, is accused of spitting on the general manager of Hotel Indigo at 2857 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, while being informed of his check out time on Jan. 30 at 1:30 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The manager had visible dried spit on her cheeks and also on the eyeglasses that she was wearing. The manager was visibly distraught from being spit on. There was also a witness, according to the warrant.
McCall is charged with simple battery provoke. He was arrested on Jan. 30 at 1:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
