Dozens of officers descended on a home on Myrtle Lee Court in Riverdale on Friday night, tightening a wide police perimeter around the cul-de-sac. Channel 2 Action News crews at the scene counted the law enforcement presence and reported a heavy, multi-agency response.

Riverdale officers and Clayton County sheriff’s deputies surrounded the residence, and Riverdale police confirmed that there was an incident in the area but declined to elaborate, according to WSB-TV. As of Friday night, authorities had not said whether anyone had been hurt or whether anyone was still inside the home.
