ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A DeKalb County mother that got scammed out of hundreds of dollars to get her child out of Henry County Jail is now warning others.
A DeKalb County Police investigation is ongoing into the phone call made to the mother while she was at her home in DeKalb County. The mother spoke to Atlanta News First anonymously and said she has spent the past two weeks trying to recover her money.
