DECATUR, Ga. — Two Decatur library workers shared what unfolded when a shooting occurred at their branch a couple of weeks ago.
Monica Foderingham and Tashiana Scott-Cochran said they were inside the library working when the violence broke out. Scott-Cochran said there was an altercation where someone as being chocked.
