Authorities: Person of interest in custody in shooting that killed postal worker also wanted in Atlanta murder investigation

ATLANTA — A person of interest is in custody with the deadly shooting of a postal worker in DeKalb County was also wanted in connection to an Atlanta murder case, according to authorities.

Inspector Taylor White of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service’s Atlanta Division shared the update Tuesday evening after an operation was conducted at a Decatur home in DeKalb County.

The FBI and DeKalb County police were near the 2800 block of Oxford Drive, where the FBI’s SWAT team surrounded a home Tuesday night. The street is the same one postal worker Dequavious Graves was shot and killed on Feb. 12…
