ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Two people and their dog escaped a house fire that sent flames shooting through the roof overnight in southeast Atlanta’s Ormewood neighborhood.
Firefighters responded to the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue around 12:45 a.m. on Thursday. Officials said most of the damage occurred to the attic and back of the house.
