ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — DeKalb County officials are planning to open a day center to provide services for people who are homeless.
This would be a place where people who are homeless could go during the day to eat, clean up and receive other services, such as mental health services.
“We have individuals that we really want to work with, but right now there’s no sort of one location where we can really give them the full support services that they need,” Commissioner Ted Terry said…
