AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The man accused of shooting and killing 33-year-old Miguel Rodriquez–Cruz in January has been arrested.
Thomas reportedly shot and killed the victim on January 22nd on the 1700 block of Susan Circle.
According the the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Isaiah Romont Santos Thomas was arrested on March 3rd., by the MARTA Police Department in Atlanta…
