A 20-year-old man was killed Thursday when his electric dirt bike collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Douglas Road and Clubhouse Drive in Alpharetta, turning the busy stretch into a crash scene that kept Douglas Road closed for several hours as crews investigated and cleared the area.
According to The Georgia Sun, the Alpharetta Police Department’s Traffic Enforcement Unit is leading the investigation, and the victim’s name has not been released. Police have asked anyone who might have seen the collision or its aftermath to contact Officer Lingle at the Alpharetta Police Department.
