ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Leaders in Social Circle continue to fight against an incoming ICE facility that DHS recently purchased in the community.
City Manager Eric Taylor said the water to the warehouse DHS purchased along East Hightower Trail has been cut off. He said it would remain that way until DHS tells city leaders how the facility’s water and sewer needs will be served without crushing the city’s limited infrastructure capacity.
