Neighborhood Restaurant Partners, an Atlanta-based Applebee’s franchisee, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Northern District of Georgia.
The company’s website lists more than 50 restaurants in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, most of which were acquired in 2012.
According to court documents, the company lists $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. Those liabilities include more than $13 million owed to lender Equity Bank…
