Michael Lynn Smith, 23, of Forest Park, is accused of cutting and stealing AT&T cables on March 18 at 6:02 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Smith ran from police when told to stop multiple times while attempting to steal cables at a residence at 4220 Millside Walk in Smyrna. When returning to the scene, the tools used to cut the cables – Fiskars Lopper – were found in the area of South Cobb Drive and Cooper Lake Road in Smyrna.
