Cops Nab Atlanta Man In 2024 Lithonia Drive-By That Rattled Windows

A 21-year-old Atlanta man is behind bars after investigators say he sprayed bullets at homes and people during a 2024 Lithonia drive-by, a burst of gunfire that neighbors said rattled windows along Stonebridge Crescent.

The shooting happened on Feb. 10, 2024, and, despite the chaos, authorities reported no injuries. The case stayed active for more than a year until what officials described as a coordinated, multi-jurisdictional fugitive operation led to an arrest on Wednesday, March 31, in Clayton County.

According to a press release via FOX 5 Atlanta, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit, working with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Clayton County police, took Davion Jermarie Knox into custody at a home in Clayton County on March 31.
