Asia Moore, 28, of Marietta, is accused of slipping out of her handcuffs and attempting to escape from custody through an open courtroom door on March 26 at 11 a.m. at the State Court of Cobb County, according to an arrest warrant. During the escape attempt, Moore fought with deputies and injured one deputy causing her finger to bleed.
A search led to Moore’s arrest, when a round white pill marked with RP 10 326 was found in her purse in a cellophane wrapper. The pill was identified as acetaminophen oxycodone hydrochloride, according to the warrant.
Moore is charged with possession; drugs original container – misdemeanor; obstruction felony; obstruction-hindering law enforcement; and felony – escape. She was arrested on March 26 at 12:15 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
