DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A pipe has burst at the DeKalb County Jail, causing damage to the facility’s hot water boiler operations. As a result, the boiler system is temporarily inoperable.
The hot water interruption predominantly impacts the general population housing units, where most detained individuals are housed.
