ATLANTA (CN) — Nearly three years after a mass shooting unfolded inside an Atlanta medical facility, the suspect, Deion Patterson, is scheduled to go to trial Thursday.
Patterson is accused of opening fire inside a waiting room at Laureate Medical Center just after noon on May 3, 2023, and shooting five women.
